I agree that these materials may be combined with other images, text, and graphics, and cropped, altered, or modified as desired, without further notification to me. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the materials in which my likeness appears.

I understand that I will not receive payment or compensation for the use of my likeness in these materials.
This release is binding upon my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
